Use of Mineral County Busted Mugshots means acceptance of these terms and conditions. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site. These terms govern the private reference content, internal features, and links to outside services.

Mineral County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered decision. It is not a private-investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Website

This is a private records-reference publication. It stores no official arrest, booking, custody, or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, or submit a court document for a visitor.

Its editorial pages point to Mineral County and Colorado resources, including materials governed by the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, and may connect visitors with outside research tools. An external tool is not made official by appearing here.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on responsible and lawful use. Users agree that they will not:

  • violate any local, state, federal, or other applicable law;
  • stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person;
  • base a hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar regulated decision on site content;
  • seek access to an account, server, or data without authorization;
  • operate automated bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools; or
  • disrupt access, security, availability, or normal use for others.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It offers no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and its advertising partners do not provide such a service through this site. Users agree not to apply information found here to:

  • hiring, retention, promotion, discipline, or dismissal;
  • housing or tenant eligibility;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to sheriff contacts, court records, corrections searches, federal locators, public-record forms, legal resources, news outlets, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. Mineral County Busted Mugshots does not control the destination's content, privacy practices, terms, prices, security, or uptime, so users should review the destination's own policies.

Service Without Warranties

All pages and features are provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise or warranty is made about:

  • accuracy, completeness, or current status;
  • continuous or uninterrupted availability;
  • the absence of errors, bugs, or security flaws; or
  • the scope or quality of a partner's search results.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Mineral County, a sheriff, a court, a jail, or another government agency.

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its operators, and content partners from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Content

Unless another owner is identified, the text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Mineral County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Future Term Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, and continued use after posting signals acceptance.

Access May Be Revoked

Access may be suspended, limited, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice, especially when conduct threatens the site or other users.

Colorado Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Colorado.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
